GROUP POWER Group Power is your HOUR OF POWER! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. (60 minutes) STEP THIS WAY WITH GROUP STEP GROUP STEP Discover new heights with Group Step! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60 minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body, one step at a time! Energetic music and motivating instructors create an awesome group experience! (60 Minutes) Basic Training The only thing missing is the Drill Sergeant! NO choreography! NO dancing! No fancy steps! This class is all about endurance training. Perform varying drill exercises for speed, endurance, strength and agility and get your body ready for action! Members, REPORT FOR DUTY! (45 Minutes) PiYo PiYo is an athletic fusion style strength and flexibility mat class. It combines energetic,powerful Pilates and yoga moves into a fluid, challenging workout for everyone. (60 Minutes) Tabata Intervals A high intensity training method proven to produce incredible gains in endurance, build lean muscle and speed fat loss. A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times for a total of four minutes. This cycle is done four times. (30 Minutes) Core Moves A strong core is the powerhouse of the body and the foundation of all movement - don't ignore this crucial area! Creatively train your stabilizer muscles in this great class. (15 Minutes) The classes at FitQuest are designed so that each participant can work at their own fitness level, and we encourage you to do so.
